I began my healthcare journey as a nurse, but it wasn’t until I experienced the power of chiropractic firsthand that my path became clear. During my pregnancy, I struggled with pain that nothing seemed to help—until I found chiropractic care. Then, when my newborn son went days without a bowel movement, one gentle adjustment brought him immediate relief. Those moments shifted everything for me. I knew I wanted to help other moms and babies find the same kind of natural relief and support.

I graduated from Logan University in 2019 and hold certifications in Webster Technique and pediatric chiropractic care. Now a mom of five, I’m passionate about providing holistic, family-focused care and helping people discover just how good their bodies are meant to feel.

I am a chiro mom of four who built Transcendent Chiropractic with one mission: to create the kind of care space I wished existed when I was drowning in diapers, spit-up, and sleep deprivation.

I’m not here to impress you with big words or a stiff white coat. I’m here to help you feel better—physically, mentally, and emotionally—without judgment, pressure, or pretending that motherhood is easy. Through gentle, effective chiropractic and acupuncture care, I support moms, babies, and families through all the messy, magical stages of life.

I graduated from Logan University with my Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Sports Science and Rehabilitation. I also hold certifications in Acupuncture, Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Webster Technique, and Advanced Pediatrics. In real life, I hold coffee in one hand, snacks in the other, and manage four wild kids while helping other moms get back to feeling like themselves again.

Whether you’re dealing with baby reflux, postpartum chaos, toddler meltdowns (yours or theirs), or just need a provider who gets it—I’ve got you.
